Goblin Shaman is a creature encountered on Southern Islands.

Amongst the goblins are highly respected shamans with magic capabilities, although it seems no goblin shaman knows more than one spell. But to the advantage of their tribe-mates, they know how to make good use of their spell, and have used them against many adventurers.
Goblin shaman is much stronger than normal Green Goblin, or even Black Goblins. This subspecies of goblins is highly vital energy and is always protected by heavy armor and patterned helmet - a sign of the shaman. Unlike Black Goblins, Goblin Shaman armor fully protect the creature.
